Companies can create profiles, post job openings, and search for candidates through the platform. After verifying their phone number and submitting their GST or CIN number, company profiles are manually approved by the admin team. Once approved, companies gain access to their dashboard to manage job postings and search for suitable candidates efficiently.

HRs can create profiles for candidates, manage their data, and track the progress of their candidates. After phone verification, HRs can access their dashboard to add candidate profiles, with incentives provided for successful hires. If an HR adds 1,000 resumes and at least 10 candidates are hired within 90 days, they receive a reward of 25,000 INR. HR profiles are monitored, and any HR with more than 10% of their candidates deleting profiles may have their access blocked.

Candidates can register on the platform, verify their phone number, and create detailed profiles including resumes, educational background, work experience, and preferred job types. Candidates can directly manage their profiles and apply for jobs. If they choose to delete their profiles, all data is hidden, and neither the HR nor the candidate can re-register using the same phone number or email.
